Biggleswade Town 1-5 Slough Town (NLP Report

Biggleswade Town 1 (Barnes 60) Slough Town 5 (Logie 9, Sinclair 52,66,80 Bateman 87)

Steve Sinclair grabbed a hat trick as Slough Town knocked five past Biggleswade.

Slough were in front within ten minutes as Adam Logie beat the Biggleswade defence to slot home a placed finish. After a fairly uneventful first half the goals started flowing after the break as Sinclair scored his first from a scramble in the six yard box. Paul Barnes gave the home side hope when he scored a fine goal taking the ball round the Slough Goalkeeper. But just six minutes later Sinclair placed his second after an error from Dean Bull in the Biggleswade goal. He then completed his hat trick in the 80th minute with a goal that assured Slough victory. Substitute Sam Bateman then scored a simple tap in late on to finish the rout.
